Problem
In the west, many tower-block and public buildings still use the mechanical refrigerating air-condition systems that are being widely used along the coast. Although, these systems provide comfortable work and residential environment, people pay out expensive costs, such as, exorbitant first costs, burdensome operating costs, complex maintenance, associated “Sick Building Syndrome” and environmental pollution, therefore people not only love but hate air-condition.

Can we resolve it?
Whether we may remove the complex equipment and system and create comfortable environment by economical, energy saving and environmental conservation short cut? That’s for sure. It is not only customer’s hope but also an important issues that HAVC scientific research personnel study hard in the long term. Through Tech. strategic pass about 20 years, this purpose is realized when we handle air with evaporative cooling technology. Take Urumqi for example, when we use the technology, not only does the indoor environment come to first comfort standard but also the cost is only 60 –70 percent of traditional mechanical refrigerating air-condition system. In fact, from our life experience, we know that we will feel quite cool and comfortable after it has rained in high summer in hot dry area. As the folksay says: “wear lammy in the morning and wear yarn at noon”, which reflects the special climatic character in dry area.
